Booking of a Tour:

As soon as you are ready to proceed with the reservations, you will be required to send 25% of the total tour cost as an advance payment to make the booking. As soon as the advance is received, we will initiate the bookings for your hotel reservations, book your tickets, and start making necessary arrangements for your trip and keep you updated. Once this is done, a reservation status will be sent to you.

After receiving all confirmations, you can release the balance payment anytime before your arrival in India as agreed.
Amendment to a Booked Tour:
We do not encourage changes in the confirmed arrangements. However, if you do need to make amendments in the arrangements already confirmed, we will do all possible to accommodate the changes, depending on availability in various segments of the tour. However, the changes will be subject to certain minimum amendment charges.
Payment for a Tour:
- Payments can be made through direct bank remittances to our bankers. Details of our bank accounts will be provided by our sales representatives.
- Online payment gateway options are available using credit/debit cards (transaction fees may apply in case of cancellations).
Cancellation of a Booked Tour:
- If cancellation is 90 days or more prior to arrival – full refund excluding internal airfare.
- If cancellation is between 90 days to 45 days prior to arrival – 50% of the deposited amount shall be refunded.
- If cancellation is between 45 days to 30 days prior to arrival – 30% of the deposited amount shall be refunded.
- If cancellation is within 30 days prior to arrival – No refund.
Note: Wildlife safari bookings and flight tickets are non-refundable. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the airline or wildlife safari operator's rules.
